Equipment Repair Training

Our Equipment Repair Training empowers you to keep your business running smoothly by teaching you how to maintain and repair essential transfer printing and corporate gifting equipment. We can train you to repair various equipment used in the transfer and corporate gift industry, including:

• Inkjet / Geljet transfer printers including print head unblocking, print head repair (where feasible)
• Laser printer repairs
• Printers repair to either part swopping or board level repairs - Board level repairs however can only be taught to a candidate with electronics and with advanced soldering skills as well as access to a multimeter, oscilloscope and good quality soldering iron.
• Vinyl cutter repairs and calibration.
• DTF printer repairs and head cleaning, line unblocking.
• Heat presses (all types).

This hands-on training covers electrical troubleshooting, mechanical adjustments, and software diagnostics. By mastering these skills, you'll reduce downtime, save on repair costs, and extend the life of your valuable equipment. This knowledge is crucial for optimizing your production efficiency and ensuring consistent quality in your products.
